How does the Riverty Back in Flow login work?

You only need your personal reference number to log in and make a direct payment. Simply enter your personal reference number in the field under the heading "Pay right here". You will find this field e.g. on our homepage. Submitting your reference number will take you straight to the payment area. Alternatively, you can use the QR code provided in our letter – this will also take you directly to the payment area.

After you have entered your post code, you can send us messages and access further services.
